||UK Task Force
||In celebration of Israel's 65th anniversary and the 3rd anniversary of the UK Task Force, we will be holding a series of events looking at Israeli government initiatives to advance integration and increase equal opportunities for Israel's Arab population.
The first event will be a lunch reception and lecture by Professor Manuel Trajtenberg, held at the Royal Society of Medicine on Friday 17th May. A senior Israeli economist, former chief economic adviser to the Israeli Prime Minister and chair of the governmentís response to the mass social justice protests in 2011, Professor Trajtenberg will address the importance of integrating Israelís Arab population into the economy as a strategic priority for Israel.
The event is free of charge. An informal Kosher lunch reception will be held in the seminar suite at the Royal Society of Medicine from 12.00-1.00pm, with Professor Trajtenberg's address and Q&A starting at 1.00pm in the Guy Whittle Auditorium. You are welcome to join us for both lunch and lecture, or to come straight to the lecture.
Please RSVP through Eventbrite at: http://professortrajtenberg.eventbrite.co.uk/# or directly to Charlotte Newman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
