||An educational event to provide insights to the subject of religion and responsibility, with particular reference to Israel. The lecturer, Rabbi David Singer, of the Belfast Jewish community, lived and worked in Israel for over three decades and has recently arrived in Belfast from Jerusalem. The Q and A session will provide an opportunity for the issues to be discussed in a Northern Ireland context as well, to provide comparison and contrast with Israel and the Middle East

The Belfast branch meets up to 8 times a year and holds educational events, programmes and an annual dinner, with guest speakers including leading public and religious figures in Northern Ireland as well as guests from Israel and elsewhere.
